Turn-Around Time

Our goal is to return blades to our customers within two weeks of when they first contacted us. Due to varied work load, we always recomend that customers have a spare blade (or 2) so that they are not inconvienenced if we are unable to meet this goal.

Rush Job

If a customer needs thier blade to be sharpened quickly, we will do our best to accomodate. However, depending on how quickly they need it back, rush fees may be incurred.  In addition, we may not be able to accomodate the return time they desire. 

Pick up / Drop off Schedule

Anchorage locations: We try to schedule pick up/drop off towards the end of the week during the working day.  

Wasilla locations can be picked any time during the week during the business day.  

Palmer locations will be less frequently visited.

Any other locations, please consider mailing us your blade(s).

Prices

Below is an overview of our pricing.  There are too many variables to list every price.  Please e-mail or call to recieve accurate pricing.

Pickup/drop off            $10

Minimum charge        $40

Small knifes/inch        $2

Paper cutters/inch     $1-2

Zamboni per inch       $1-2

Note:  Large nicks and/or damage will incure extra charges depending on the time needed.
